Lindsay Rabbitt

Lindsay graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University in 2007 and has been working as an RN for over 15 years. In that time, she has gained knowledge and experience in the areas of Home Health, Primary Care, and Care Management in both the Outpatient, Inpatient, and Payor settings. She has been highly involved in mentoring and training students and fellow nurses, earning an award for Clinical Preceptor Excellence from GVSU. Lindsay has spent the last 10 years specializing in Care Management. She works alongside her patients to ensure that not only are their needs met but she supports and encourages them to meet their health and life goals. In her free time Lindsay spends time with family and friends, plays with her dog Tater Tot, and loves to travel. In the last two years Lindsay has also started competing in Paratriathlons.
Having been born with Spina Bifida, Lindsay has experienced firsthand the challenges women with disabilities face. She has also benefitted from organizations like Women’s WOW and understands the impact they can make. Lindsay has led by example through her determination, positivity, and care. As a member on the board of Women’s WOW, Lindsay wants to break barriers and support the next generation. She is excited to help create a space for other women to explore and experience the power of adaptive sports and support through community.
