Jenny Chase
Executive Director
Jenny is a proud mom and wife with a lifelong dedication to advancing equity and inclusion for people with disabilities. For over 25 years, she has worked in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) field, partnering with individuals, families, and service agencies to support people in living full, self-directed lives. Throughout her career, she has focused on advocacy, person-centered support, and systems navigation—always with a deep respect for each person’s autonomy and lived experience. As she steps into this new role at Women’s World on wheels, she brings not only professional experience but a personal commitment to fostering environments where all women feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Her passion for inclusive communities extends beyond the workplace. For more than 30 years, she has volunteered with Special Olympics, working alongside athletes at both local events and the World Games. That work has continually reinforced her belief in the strength, resilience, and leadership of people with disabilities.
Now that her daughter is older, her family has embraced travel, exploring new cultures and perspectives together. These shared experiences have deepened her appreciation for accessibility, representation, and the unique stories each individual carries—especially those of women whose voices have too often been overlooked. She is honored to be part of this next chapter, supporting women in claiming space, independence, and opportunity.
